Architect

For this position of architect we offer:

As executive architect for our client in the Keerbergen region, you will be assigned a very diverse range of tasks:

• You are in charge of several projects in progress and you also do all the follow-up for these projects.
• You carry out your tasks both from the office in Hasselt and directly on the sites themselves.
• The design phase of the project is done by colleagues, but you take care of the elaboration of the final architectural designs and you also ensure that these are further developed into implementation files.
• You hold regular meetings with the team of architects and direct them with regard to the drawing work.
• You also hold meetings with the various contractors and the customers.
• You watch over the budget of the works and make adjustments where necessary.

An architectural office with more than 30 years of experience in designing and implementing projects mainly in utility construction: shops, SMEs, office buildings, etc. 

With an open and no-nonsense culture, expertise and know-how, they create a building for the end client that meets the client's requirements in terms of efficiency, budget and aesthetics.

For the job of executive architect, we are looking for someone with a lot of ambition and the desire to grow within the function.

• For this job, it is absolutely possible to join after a first experience. There is the possibility of training someone.
• When you start, the focus during the first six months will be on the tasks that are performed internally, such as drawing and preparing execution files.
• When you are fully acquainted with the various projects and the functioning of the architectural firm, you will increasingly take on the tasks of project manager and thus control and direct the sites there.
• Preferably you have a degree in architecture or engineering. However, candidates with experience in the sector will also be considered.
• If you can draw with Autocad and Revit, this is a big plus.
• If you already have experience with the execution of medium to large construction projects, this is definitely an asset.
