Work Planner
Function
In this position, you will be responsible for the complete preparation and administrative follow-up of technical construction sites at our client. You ensure that all technical, logistical and organisational aspects are thoroughly worked out before the execution phase starts.
Thanks to your accuracy and foresight, work proceeds efficiently, safely and on schedule.
Your range of tasks:
- Preliminary site visit to future project sites to analyse practical implementation and accessibility
- Preparation of technical documents such as execution procedures, site plans, material lists and technical data sheets
- Measuring and modifying construction drawings
- Ordering and monitoring materials and equipment in cooperation with the project manager
- Control of deliveries on site
- Participation in internal and external project and site meetings
- Applying for and preparing necessary permits
- Coordinate practical site organisation (utilities, temporary infrastructure, logistics)
- Function as a central point of contact for material supply and raw materials
- Support on safety, quality and environment through workplace inspections
- Taking measurements and checking completed works
- Preparation of as-built plans in CAD software
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience
- Experience in infrastructure or technical projects is a plus, but not a requirement
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with CAD (2D/3D) is an asset
- Fluent communication skills
- Willing to visit project sites regularly
