Transport planner

Function

• You will plan and coordinate all national outbound transports and be the point of contact for drivers and customers.
• You will liaise with international logistics partners and manage the inbound flow of goods from Italy and Spain.
• You will follow up the entire administration from order to delivery, both for inbound and outbound shipments.
• You analyse transport figures and look for more efficient and cost-saving solutions.
• You think about improving internal business processes.
• You support the commercial inside sales department when needed.
• Working on Saturday mornings is not a problem for you.

Profile

• You speak fluent Dutch and can get along well in French and English
• You work fluently with MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience within the tiling sector is a plus
• You solve problems efficiently and like complex puzzles
• You are customer-oriented and communicate fluently
• You work accurately and process orders carefully
• You stay calm when busy and can change gear quickly
