Failure technician (company car)
Function
As troubleshooting technician, you will be responsible for resolving technical faults and performing preventive maintenance on machines and installations within a full-time production environment. You ensure that production processes continue to run optimally and that downtimes are kept to a minimum.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Fault analysis and resolution:
- Locate and repair mechanical and electrical faults on production machines and installations.
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of failures.
- Preventive maintenance:
- Carrying out planned maintenance work according to the maintenance schedule.
- Signalling wear and timely replacement of parts.
- Optimisation: Thinking along on improvements to machines and processes to increase reliability and efficiency.
- Documentation: Record work performed and malfunctions in the maintenance system.
- Cooperation: Close collaboration with operators, shift leaders and fellow technicians.
- Safety: Work according to applicable safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.
Profile
- Education: Technical training (electromechanics, maintenance engineering or equivalent).
- Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in full-time systems.
- Competencies: Problem-solving ability, stress-resistant, independent and team-oriented.
- Knowledge: reading electrical diagrams, PLC knowledge
- Willingness: Working in a full-time shift system (day/night/weekend).

Offer
- Full-time contract of indefinite duration
- Gross hourly wage from €24.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Work regime: full-time
- Shift allowance: 31.43%
