Function

Then you might be the Investment Relationship Manager we are looking for!

Your role

• You will engage with retail customers, find out their financial goals and give them clear and correct advice.
• You do not need to be a seasoned investment specialist, but someone who likes to learn, communicates naturally and guides clients in a calm, transparent way.
• You build strong relationships of trust in which you ensure clear explanations, honest communication and tailor-made follow-up.
• You will monitor existing investment portfolios and perform regular check-ins.
• You will work closely with a small, warm team where collegiality, spontaneous communication and knowledge sharing are key.

Profile

Who are you?

• You have at least initial experience in the banking sector (must).
• Investment experience is a plus, but not a requirement. The motivation to grow in this field is.
• You are communicative, customer-oriented and able to give advice in a calm, mature manner.
• You bring sufficient maturity to assist clients independently.
• You work with integrity and consider the objectives, risk and comfort of each client.
• You are looking for an environment where humanity and open communication are more important than targets.
