Project Manager

Function

You are responsible for the preparation, coordination and follow-up of technical projects. You work closely with departments such as Engineering, Production, Safety, Maintenance and ICT, and manage external partners.

Your duties will include:

• Preparation and execution of project plans (budget, planning, resources)
• Coordinating investment projects (from feasibility study to reporting)
• Follow-up and analysis of ongoing projects, including improvement where necessary
• Monitoring of technical work by suppliers, contractors and consultants
• Development and realisation of new production concepts and innovative technologies
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Automation, Industrial Science or Energy Engineering
• Experience as a project manager in an industrial or technical environment is a plus
• Technical knowledge of electricity, electromechanics, batteries and safety
• Strong organisational and communication skills; hands-on mentality
• Experience with investment projects and technical installations is a plus
• Team player, accurate, and safety-conscious
• Willing to work with various software (ERP, project management, drawing packages) and AI.
