Project Manager Industrial Building

Function

Industrial construction project manager wanted in Mechelen region. Do you have experience in the construction industry and enjoy taking responsibility? In this position, you will lead industrial construction projects from preparation to completion. You will participate in the realisation of offices, production halls, logistics buildings and other challenging projects.

Profile

We are looking for a Project Manager which meets the following characteristics:

• You have at least 5 years' experience within the industrial construction.
• You have demonstrable knowledge of project management within a construction environment.
• You have experience in coordinating large-scale construction projects, including logistics buildings, warehouses and retail projects.
• You preferably have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Construction Engineering, Relevant practical experience can compensate.
• You mastered the Dutch excellent, both orally and in writing.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
• You are flexible and willing to attend weekly planning meetings.

Organisation

This construction company is active in residential construction, industrial renovations, flat construction and the construction of commercial buildings. It realises diverse projects, such as offices, logistics buildings, production halls, showrooms and residential projects. Design, development and execution is in-house. The production of steel and concrete structures is largely done in-house. As a Class 8 contractor, the company has the experience and clout to successfully execute both residential and industrial construction projects.

Offer

• A gross salary between €4,000 and €7,500 per month, depending on your experience and expertise.
