Operational manager rental

Function

As Operations Manager Rental, you are the pivotal figure between the internal teams and the customers. You ensure the smooth operational and administrative handling of rental services and make sure all processes run smoothly. You organise the planning, maintain customer relations and manage a team of employees, with an eye for efficiency and quality. You work closely with various departments and ensure deadlines and agreements are met.

Profile

We are looking for a dynamic professional with the following profile:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (fluent and professional).
• Able to work independently but also a real team player.
• Experience with planning tools and operational software is a plus.
• Flexibly deployable and willing to align with project-related deadlines.
• Affinity with the construction sector or industrial projects is an asset.
