Warehouse manager 2 shifts

Function

For the vacancy of Warehouse Manager 2 shifts at our client, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will be responsible for preparing and updating the planning for 20 to 25 warehouse workers
• Ensuring clear shift handover in collaboration with team manager and assistant team coordinators
• Monitor daily flow, output and quality (pick, pack, dispatch) and proactively intervene in case of deviations
• In addition to proper onboarding, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring employees on the shop floor
• You hold regular discussions with your team and remind them of safety standards
• You switch between the early (6am-14pm) and late shift (2pm-22pm, Friday from 12pm-20pm) every week

Profile

For the vacancy of Warehouse Manager 2 shifts at our client, you recognise yourself in the following competencies:

• You have already had your first positive experience as a manager in a warehouse environment
• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch
• You are willing to work with a reach truck and obtain your certificate for this (via the employer)
• You can work well with a WMS system
• You are willing to work 2 shifts

For the vacancy of Warehouse Manager 2 shifts at our client, you can count on the following:

• Gross monthly salary between €3500 and €4800, including 10% shift premium.
