Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced residential construction estimator to join its dynamic team. As a calculator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for various residential construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the successful completion of our projects.

Originally started as a traditional construction company, our client has increasingly evolved in recent decades into a future-oriented project developer, responsible for the development of building sites and the flawless execution of ambitious construction projects. With the turnkey formula, this company is returning to its foundations: high-quality customised housing construction.

The houses and flats our client builds meet the legally required BEN standards, but carry a solid sustainability stamp anyway. For instance, they ambitiously introduce new green technologies such as geothermal energy into our new construction projects. The result: stylish new-build projects with a guaranteed sustainability score and maximum returns in various areas.
