Business Developer

Function

• Negotiate and finalise agreements with land and property owners.
• Ensure the seamless execution of projects from initiation through to the acquisition of all required permits.
• Oversee projects, manage budgets and risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure strong support and project feasibility.
• Represent the company before local and regional authorities, the public, and industry associations.
• Work independently while taking ownership of your team's and region's performance.

Profile

• Holds a master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
• Brings at least 4 years of project management experience within the renewable energy sector, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Skilled in prospecting, project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Excels in strategic planning and organisational management.
• Familiar with modern project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively setting priorities.
• Thrives in dynamic environments and adapts easily to change.
• Solid financial acumen, including experience in budget management.
• Fluent in French and English and/or Dutch.
