Function

Your challenge:

As a Banking Adviser, you’ll start at the very basics of the profession. You’ll get to know the customers, products and systems first-hand and have the opportunity to develop, step by step, into a specialist in loans or investments.

In your first period:

• Stand at the counter for an average of two half-days a week;
• Build a strong knowledge of customers and services;
• Get to know the systems and processes thoroughly;
• Support your colleagues in day-to-day banking activities;
• Develop your commercial skills in customer contacts;

In time, you will have the opportunity to advance to an advisory position within investments or credit.

Profile

• You are a a school leaver or someone just starting out with ambition;
• You are customer-focused, communicative and commercial set;
• Your learns quickly and takes initiative;
• You are motivated to create a career building out in the long term;
• Your preferably lives in the region and sees a permanent presence in the office as an added value;

A plus, but not a must:

• A training or affinity with finance, economics or insurance;
• A PCP certificate;

Motivation, attitude and learning ability more important than diplomas or certificates.
