What will you do:

• Manage and monitor customer accounts.
• Support payments, direct debits and online banking services.
• Guide customers through digital tools and e-banking.
• Giving basic advice on savings, investments, insurance and/or credit. If you cannot help the customer further, you refer them to the expert within this domain.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Proactively identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Profile

• You have at least two years' experience within a banking environment.
• You are proactive, independent and commercially minded.
• You fit within a large banking structure but at the same time like a personal working environment.
• Team spirit comes naturally to you: you enjoy helping colleagues get ahead and sharing knowledge.
• You can express yourself well in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
