Function

• You will be the point of contact for private clients on their real estate projects, guiding them from the first contact through to the full term of their residential loan
• You always look for the most appropriate credit and insurance solutions, and also introduce innovative, sustainable products that go beyond traditional banking
• You will follow up commercial leads and build trusting relationships, both in the office and digitally via Teams
• You always handle customer questions and complaints in a calm, professional and solution-oriented manner
• You have an active presence in your office's network and work with the team towards common goals
• You manage your files meticulously and constantly monitor your clients' financial well-being
• You work in a digital mindset and are always up to speed with the latest technologies
• From one of our customer offices in Kortenberg and the surrounding area, you are the face that really makes a difference

Profile

• You have a higher education degree or relevant experience in customer management, banking or credit counselling
• You are customer-oriented, sociable and reliable - you enjoy building a network and maintaining contacts
• Digital tools hold no secrets for you and you are flexible in assisting customers both digitally and in the office
• You speak Dutch fluently; knowledge of a second language is an asset
• You like teamwork, are stress-resistant and always keep your promises
• You enjoy continuing to develop yourself through training courses, workshops or webinars
