Insurance advisor
Function
You will be taking on a commercial role with a focus on insurance.
Your duties:
- Providing advice on BOAR insurance (private individuals)
- Contact customers proactively and invite them (very important!)
- Conducting interviews and identifying needs → providing more comprehensive advice
- Monitoring claims and supporting customers
- Providing support at reception/the counter during opening hours
- Identifying opportunities (e.g. life insurance/investments) and passing them on internally or taking them on yourself
Profile
- Commercial mindset → you’re not afraid to reach out to customers
- A confident communicator with a natural air of trustworthiness
- Someone who takes the initiative rather than waiting to see what happens
- A team player who helps colleagues and contributes ideas
- Experience in banking/insurance = a major asset
Organisation
You will be joining a dynamic banking and insurance firm with several branches in the region. The team consists of around eight colleagues, specialising in various areas such as insurance, investments and day-to-day banking.
