Function

A varied role with a focus on insurance and customer contact:

• BOAR insurance advice and sales (private and professional)
• Making commercial calls to new and existing customers
• Actively pursuing cross-selling within the existing portfolio
• Screening policies and detecting opportunities (including from competitors)
• Limited claims follow-up (no pure claims management)
• Collaborate with colleagues around other domains (credit, life, etc.)
• Working in a shared client portfolio (no individual targets)

Profile

Above all, you have the right mindset and desire to grow:

• Interest in insurance, experience is a plus but not a must
• Commercially minded and fluent in customer contact
• Positive attitude and sense of initiative
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Team player: you work together, not each on an island
• School leavers are welcome, given the right motivation

Organisation

You will join an independent firm affiliated to a large bank-insurer, with a firm foothold in the region.

• Team of 19 employees and 6 associates
• Emerged from merger of several local offices
