Investment Advisor

Function

You will be responsible for a client portfolio in which trust is key. You will build long-term relationships, monitor clients’ financial situations and ensure that investment solutions are aligned with their objectives, expectations and risk profile.

What can you expect from this role?

• You will advise clients on their investments and wealth accumulation.
• You clearly identify clients’ financial objectives and needs.
• You provide advice on various investment options and explain complex matters in a way that is easy to understand.
• You actively follow up with existing clients and identify opportunities when their financial situation or objectives change.
• You will build a relationship of trust with clients and act as their point of contact for investment enquiries.
• You will work alongside colleagues within the office and make use of the expertise and tools available.
• You’ll stay up to date with developments in the financial markets and the range of investment products on offer.

Profile

We’re not looking for a smooth-talking salesperson who throws around big words. We’re looking for someone who knowledge, trust and a down-to-earth approach know how to combine these skills. Experience in investment or the banking sector is an advantage, but it is above all your maturity and interest in wealth management that make the difference.

• Ideally, you will have experience in investments, wealth management or a similar role within the financial sector.
• Ideally, you should hold the necessary PCP certificates. Even if you do not have the full set, we would still be happy to consider your suitability.
• You have a keen interest in financial markets, investments and wealth creation.
• You can explain financial information to customers in a clear and understandable way.
• You work with attention to detail and take responsibility for your cases and clients.
• You have a commercial mindset, but your advice is always based on substance and honesty.
• You’re more likely to be calm and down-to-earth than overly commercial or exuberant.
• A good knowledge of French is an advantage, but not essential.
• You are keen to develop yourself further and, in time, perhaps take on additional responsibilities within the firm.
