Construction and renovation project planner

Function

As a Construction and Renovation Project Planner, you will work in an internal, stable working environment. You will ensure that our construction projects run like clockwork. What exactly does this entail? That includes:

• Preparing project documentation, requesting and checking quotes, and coordinating the availability of materials and resources.
• Consultation with suppliers and subcontractors, requesting and following up on certificates.
• Maintain records, monitor budgets and schedules, and report progress on each project.
• Contributing to the monitoring of internal and external quality and safety standards.

Profile

The work planner/woman they are looking for is an accurate organiser with technical insight and a passion for the construction industry. Do you recognise yourself in this?

• You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field and already several years of construction experience; retail experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
• You master MS Office flawlessly; experience with an ERP package (such as SAP) is a great asset.
• You are independent, like structure and are not afraid to take initiative or make calls.
• Problem-solving and with an eye for detail, you effortlessly organise multiple projects simultaneously.
