Work planner Turnarounds

Function

You combine organisational insight with technical knowledge and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.

Specifically, you will be responsible for, among other things:

• Evaluating the need and feasibility of different stopping points.
• Conducting feasibility reviews and helping shape the scoping phase.
• Preparing follow-up reports and discussing bottlenecks and risks.
• Feedback progress and concerns to the steering committee and Turnaround Manager.
• Acting as a point of contact for project engineers, project managers and site managers.
• Organising and leading various consultations such as progress, coordination, implementation and budget meetings.
• Managing the budget of assigned work packages and satellite projects.
• Managing the work preparation of more complex tasks or projects.
• Helping follow up the execution of works and the corresponding planning.

Profile

• You obtained a Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• You can fall back on a number of years of experience commensurate with this role
• You always keep safety, environment and quality in mind
• You enjoy working in a team and working together towards the intended result
• You are fluent in the common Office packages and SAP. Experience with MS Project is an added bonus!
• You speak, write and read fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
