Function

What does the job entail? As a site manager, you will take charge of the daily operation on the site and ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, safely and qualitatively.

Your responsibilities:

• You will manage several shifts on site every day.
• You plan the work, coordinate and follow everything closely.
• You have an understanding of how to properly deploy and operate site equipment.
• You control deliveries of materials and resources.
• You will create and manage staff planning.
• You strictly monitor safety on site and intervene where necessary.

Profile

Who are we looking for? Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years' experience as a site manager in road construction.
• You have a bachelor's degree in structural engineering, agro and biotechnology or are an industrial engineer in structural engineering.
• You speak Dutch fluently; knowledge of French is a plus.
• You are flexible and willing to work at varying times if required.

Personality and competences:

• You are stress-resistant and maintain an overview.
• You are a born organiser and manager.
• You can work independently as well as function within a team.
• You have an eye for both safety and quality.
• You are enthusiastic, driven and motivated to bring your projects to a successful conclusion.
