Junior Finance Analyst

Function

As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will support management with clear financial insights. You will have a broad and learning role with responsibility and growth opportunities.

Specifically, you are responsible for:

- Preparation, monitoring and analysis of budgets and forecasts;

- Accurate cost reporting and variance analysis;

- Financial monitoring of real estate assets:

o rental income and costs;

o building costs (maintenance, insurance, energy, etc.);

o reporting per property;

- Support monthly and year-end closures;

- Participate in optimisation of financial processes and reporting tools;

- Direct cooperation with business managers and external partners;

Profile

- You have a bachelor or university degree (Commercial Sciences, TEW, Economics, Finance, ...);

- You are a junior profile (starter or max several years of experience);

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

- Interested in budgeting, cost control and property management;

- Fluent knowledge of Excel (knowledge of BI tools is a plus);

- You are structured, independent and eager to learn;

- Communicatively strong and professionally minded;
