Function

In this role, you will work closely with insurance agents and colleagues to handle claims and assist customers with advice on their insurance questions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Maintain various customer contacts and gather information independently
• Opening files and communicating with customers, insurers and experts
• Optimising customer experience in claims cases
• Become a confidant for clients facing claims issues
• Evolve into a full-fledged claims management expert
• Supporting claims assessments and acting as a point of contact for claims management
