Asphalt project manager

Function

• From A to Z, you bear ultimate responsibility for the follow-up, optimisation and realisation of your assigned projects.
• In doing so, you will receive support from site management and internal services such as the service centre, purchasing and other departments.
• You will carefully maintain contact with all parties involved - from the client to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Moreover, you will be responsible for budgetary monitoring and watch over the final financial result of the project.

Profile

• You have a Master's degree in a construction discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in the industry you have accumulated for at least five years, giving you the necessary technical know-how.
• As a pioneer, you actively contribute to the flawless and quality execution of projects.
• You hold a valid VCA VOL certificate.
• Your fluent communication style enables you to consult clearly and efficiently with colleagues and partners.
• You are proactive and results-oriented, with an eye for quality and deadlines.
