Your tasks as a Sales Manager;

  • Taking the responsibility to safeguard and grow the business at existing customers within given geographical
  • regions and end markets.
  • Exploring new businesses for the newly developed technologies;
  • Identifying the opportunities at your customers for new investment or upgrade projects;
  • Working closely together with the various stakeholders (internally and externally) from the identification of the
  • opportunity to the final successful sales closing.;
  • Securing the long-term customer relationships.

opportunities, they are looking to enforce the sales team with a Sales Manager for their OEM customers (B2B).


What are the requirements as a Sales Manager;

  • Having a master degree or equivalent;
  • Having a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical and/or commercial B2B position;
  • Having a commercial attitude combined with a good technical insight;
  • Being interested to clearly understand and
  • learn the technical aspects and benefits;
  • Being a hands-on, entrepreneurial team player;
  • Having experience in the domain of Sputter Hardware or the vacuum industry is a key advantage;
  • Being flexible to travel internationally for 35%-50% of your time during the working weeks.
