You’ll be responsible to start-up, commission and modify robotic automation and assembly applications.
Knowledge of applications
Welding, riveting, clinching, glueing, hemming, handling, vision.
Error analysis and optimimalisation on site after commissioning.
Research and develop robotic improvements to enhance overall efficiency and quality. Write documentation and give training for the automated system/process.
Desired skills & expertise:
1. Understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
2. Understanding of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
3. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and programming problems with robotic manufacturing equipment. Load, write and debug robotic programs, peripheral etc.
KUKA, ABB, FANUC, COMAU

Qualified technician in automation/electrical engineering or mechatronics.
Experience in following fields : automotive, BIW, powertrain, paint, aviation, assembly.
Minimal 3 years work experience as industrial robot programmer.
Knowledge of codes and standards applicable to industrial control systems.
Good communication and social skills.
Good structural and analytic insight.
You can work independently and also in a team.
Open mindset to new technologies.
Fluent in English or are willing to learn.
Extensive travel during project start-ups and willing to work in flexible work schedules.
