BIM coordinator

Your enthusiasm for BIM drives your role in shaping dynamic construction projects. You oversee the coordination of different models and handle communication with the site team. It's your job to monitor the accuracy of the models, making updates as needed to ensure they follow the necessary guidelines. Throughout the project, you serve as the key BIM point of contact for the team.

• Experience in the Field: You have several years under your belt as a BIM Coordinator in construction, with a strong command of Revit and AutoCAD.
• 3D Modeling Skills: You can independently create and adjust 3D models, and you’re supported by a BIM modeler when needed.
• Clash Detection: You use coordination software to identify and resolve conflicts in the models to ensure everything fits together seamlessly.
• Quality Focus: You take pride in maintaining the quality of the models, ensuring both geometry and data are accurate.
• Solid Technical Knowledge: With a background in Construction, (Applied) Architecture, or Technical Drawing, along with practical experience, you know what it takes to get the job done right.
• Team Player: You actively participate in site activities and communicate effectively with your colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attention to Detail: You work in an organized and meticulous manner, following quality standards and ensuring compliance with BIM protocols.
