Service Engineer

Functie

For the position as a Service Engineer:

• 
  
• You make the necessary schedules and installation plans for the installation and start-up of the machines;
• You coordinate together with the customer the on-site installation process;
• You are responsible for the technical final inspection before dispatching the machines to be installed;
• You ensure that everything has been assembled according to the plan;
• You confirm that all items in the offer are present and conduct the final functionality check of the machines;
• You are responsible for the maintenance and service interventions at the customers' sites;
• You travel to the customer to address and resolve the problem on-site in case of complaints or issues;
• You report, take care of the administration of the service tasks and provide feedback to the organization;
• You give presentations/training sessions (internally and externally) and present the project/product to customers;
• You travel internationally on a regular basis (up to 60%).

Profiel

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics;
• Experience is beneficial but not essential;
• You have a strong technical comprehension and excellent knowledge of electromechanics;
• You are highly adaptable and can quickly familiarize yourself with the products;
• You know how to prioritize tasks;
• You can work independently without compromising team spirit;
• You possess a proactive personality with a sense of initiative and a customer-oriented/commercial mindset;
• You aim to continuously enhance the quality of your work;
• You have a good proficiency in English.
