Planner

Function

As a Work Planner - Planner, you play a key role within our assembly department. You are pivotal in the planning and preparation of interventions and maintenance of industrial fireproof doors and gates. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing short- and long-term planning for interventions and maintenance contracts.
• Creating work schedules, taking into account the nature of projects, region and availability of technicians.
• Coordinating technicians and required resources, to efficiently plan maintenance activities and urgent interventions.
• Direct communication with customers, including making appointments and discussing shifts in schedules.
• Analyse planning effectiveness and optimise where necessary.
• Prepare invoices based on work performed.
• Close cooperation with various departments for optimal customer satisfaction.

Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a hands-on mentality and a flexible attitude. You will possess the following:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in planning and coordination, preferably in a technical environment.
• Affinity with engineering; knowledge of fire doors and gates is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving ability and stress resistance.
• Skill in administrative tasks and working with MS Office.
• Fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English.
• Willingness to work flexibly.

Our client specialises in industrial fireproof gates and doors. They are responsible for production, delivery, installation, maintenance as well as repairs. They aim to provide complete customer care. Due to growth, they are currently looking for additional support in the planning team.
