Warehouse clerk
Function
Are you organised and customer-oriented? As a warehouse assistant, you ensure that goods go in and out smoothly, stock levels are correct and customers are satisfied. You work independently and in a team, and help improve processes.
Duties & responsibilities:
- You will read scanners and process the data
- You register incoming, outgoing and returned goods
- You correct errors in insertion numbers
- You create picking lists and book goods against orders
- You improve and record administrative processes
- You process e-mails and report claims
- You keep track of stock management and inventory
- You prepare reports for customers
- You receive and guide customers
Profile
- You are communicative and customer-oriented
- You work independently, are stress-resistant and flexible
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office
- You are fluent in both Dutch and French, orally and in writing
- You have a third-level secondary school diploma
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
