Transport planner night shift

Function

For our client in Oudsbergen, we are looking for a Transport planner for the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You plan and coordinate transports so that deliveries are timely and efficient;
• You are the point of contact for drivers, customers and partners;
• You monitor the entire transport flow and make adjustments where necessary;
• You monitor logistics processes and ensure smooth execution;
• You take care of correct and accurate administration;
• You think solution-oriented when faced with challenges and report to the Operations Manager.

Profile

For the position of Transport planner in the night at our client in Oudsbergen, we are looking for a candidate who recognises the following characteristics:

• You have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of the transport sector is essential; you understand logistics processes and are familiar with ADR legislation;
• You have strong organisational skills and good spatial insight;
• Technical affinity and a practical mindset are important in this role;
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French, German and English;
• Knowledge of MS Office, Navision and other transportation software is a plus.
