What does your day as a planner look like in Zeebrugge?

• You are responsible for the administrative and operational follow-up of container transports by rail and sea
• Processing transport orders according to customer expectations, always in smooth communication with the customer
• Booking, follow-up and optimisation of intermodal shipments (rail and ferry) in communication with ferry and rail partners
• Claims registration, claims support, keeping internal planning systems up-to-date
• Control and approval of equipment repairs
• Work in a rotating shift system (Mon-Fri between 06:00-20:00 + rotating weekend work).E

What does your profile as a rail and sea planner look like?

• You are accurate, stress-resistant and customer-oriented.
• At least 2 years' experience in an operational role within shipping/logistics
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English (other languages are a plus), Dutch is a big plus
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Be able to switch quickly and work in a solution-oriented way. No need for orientation in the wild, just a good topographical knowledge
