Technical Commercial Assistant

As a Technical Commercial Assistant, you will play a key role in the team and will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• Support the sales team and ensure flawless administrative and commercial handling.
• Point of contact for customers and dealers where you are very service-oriented.
• Processing incoming orders and preparing quotations.
• Manage customer files and databases,.
• Provide technical support to customers, project managers and dealers.
• Taking care of communication with customers and suppliers.
• Advise customers on the products and services.
• Track and report sales statistics.
• Support the procurement and supply chain department to ensure timely delivery of required parts.
• Project-based work on process improvements.
• You act as the right hand of management.

As a Technical Commercial Clerk, you will largely meet the following requirements:

• In possession of a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical, communication and/or logistics field or you are equivalent due to experience.
• Technical background because of degree or experience is nice.
• Good knowledge of administrative processes.
• Familiar with programmes such as Teamleader, Excel,...
• You have a commercial mindset.
• Accuracy and organisational skills are 2 of your strengths.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• You can work well independently and also function well in a team.
• Service orientation is your 'middle name'. You strive to provide customers with outstanding service.
