Supply chain manager

How will your duties as supply chain manager for the sites in Mouscron and Eeklo look like?

• You are the beating heart of our logistics operations. You give direction to a team of team coaches, warehouse managers, drivers and temporary workers. This for about 50 people.
• Analysing and improving logistics processes
• Streamlining inventory management and article creation
• Optimise transport and delivery planning and liaise with carriers
• Establish and monitor KPIs - focusing on quality, cost efficiency and speed. Start reporting these KPIs to management
• Active role in further digitalisation (ERP/WMS) & provide training in the implementation of new tools
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, safety standards and procedures

What does your profile look like as supply chain manager out of it?

• Preferably a master's degree in a logistics or management field
• At least 10 years' experience in a logistics management position
• In addition to Dutch, you also speak and write fluent French
• You have not only a strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP or Afas) but also a knowledge of transport legislation
• You combine leadership with a pragmatic approach
