Function

As a Stability Engineer, you will be responsible for the following;

• yard checks
• performing stability checks
• follow up on site meetings
• problem-solving thinking
• consult with both internal and external teams

Profile

Do you have a degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering or Architecture? Are you familiar with the Eurocodes for loads, foundations and concrete and steel structures? Are you communication?

Stability; here they calculate and model architectural structures in wood, concrete and steel.

Energy; Any application for planning permission for a building must comply with clear energy standards. Before work can begin, an EPB reporter must be appointed. Our client also offers advice in this process from the design phase to the implementation phase.

BIM; In a traditional construction process, a project is usually passed from one party to another. With BIM (Building Information Modelling), on the other hand, they transform the project directly into an integrated process. Here, they gather all the necessary information early in the process and convert it into different 3D models for different disciplines. This results in a clear and detailed 3D model of the entire project, giving everyone a clear and almost tangible picture of the end result already in the early stages. This is extremely valuable, especially for the client.
