Specifically, what are you doing?

- You are present on site every day, keeping the organisation on its toes and being flexible

- You lead the team of workers and subcontractors, ensure clear agreements and monitor safety

- You always keep an eye on planning, budget and quality of work

- You will consult with project management, architects and clients and ensure that everything runs smoothly

- You follow up on site reports and deliveries, working closely with calculation colleagues

- Regularly attend meetings and make sure your input always counts

Profile

What building blocks are in your hands?

- A degree in construction engineering or equivalent experience, you can build on that

- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a site manager or construction supervisor

- Planning, organising, communicating: that's what you score on

- You work accurately, are stress-resistant and results-oriented

- You are fluent with digital tools such as MS Office and, as a bonus, also with construction software

- You have a driving licence B

- Less experienced colleagues can turn to you for advice and guidance
