Site Manager

Your duties include:

• Leading and motivating employees
• Maintaining contacts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Attend and follow up on site meetings
• Managing site administration
• Collaborate with your immediate supervisor in an open and informal communication style
• Ensuring safety and quality on site
• Encourage and facilitate team growth and development

• You communicate fluently and maintain good relations with various stakeholders
• Your administration is always in order and you have an eye for detail
