Service Project Manager

As Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and monitoring the start-up of new installations at customers' premises
• Planning, organising and managing service and maintenance activities
• Drafting, managing and monitoring maintenance contracts
• Making and following up offers for parts kits and machine modifications
• Introducing and guiding customers in the digital customer portal
• Act as a central point of contact for customers, technicians, sales, planning and service management
• Provide telephone technical support to customers
• Monitoring all milestones and deadlines for correct project delivery
• Administrative processing and reporting of work performed
• Continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for the optimal execution of projects

Profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics or comparable through relevant experience
• At least several years of experience in project management, service coordination or a technical organisational role
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English, you can get by in French
• You are proficient in working with MS Office and ERP systems; knowledge of IT/networks is a plus
• You are structured, communicative and customer-oriented
• You work independently, result-oriented and do not shy away from practical tasks
• A B driving licence is required for travel to customers
