Service Delivery Manager

Function

As Service Delivery Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

 You do the preparation of interventions and maintenance and discuss the planning with the Service Manager

 You manage the logbook and (pro)actively follow up on all other legal and contractual obligations (incl. motivation leakage letters)

 You prospect for new opportunities with its existing customers

 You organise/participate in periodic customer meetings

 You will be responsible for diagnosing customer installation.

 You are responsible for preparing interventions and maintenance and discuss the planning with the Service Manager

 You do on-site analysis of customer-specific questions/problems (in case of handover, technical questions, ....)

 Remote technical support to technicians and other onsite staff

 You provide technical support (if required), at start-up or commissioning of installations in the context of RACI (pre-M10), supervision of use of standard parameters + layout of standard commissioning report

 You are responsible for managing technical documentation

Profile

 You have 5 years' experience in a similar position

 You have a technical background in refrigeration, HVAC or electrical engineering

 You are a good listener and strive for high customer satisfaction

 You are results-oriented, inspiring, administratively strong and have strong organisational skills

 You speak Dutch and have knowledge of French (a plus but not a must)
