Senior Stability Engineer

• You will be responsible for working out the concept and calculations of a variety of new construction and renovation projects.
• You will work closely with architects, design and implementation teams to achieve flexible, high-quality solutions.
• Site monitoring is part of your duties: you keep your finger on the pulse at the various site locations.
• You will manage BIM modellers and be their first point of contact for technical questions.
• You will coordinate planning with the department head and coordinate smoothly with internal teams.
• You attend meetings and bring your expertise to crucial project decisions.
• Brussels forms your base of operations, but you regularly move to Ghent for consultations.
• You will contribute to innovative constructive solutions with a multidisciplinary approach.

Profile

Are you stable in your feet because of your experience?

• You have a master's degree in industrial or civil engineering.
• You have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with large construction projects, both for new construction and renovation.
• Your expertise is solid and you know how to get to the bottom of complex stability issues.
• Managing as well as collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders is sliced bread for you.
• You are fluent in one of the national languages (Dutch or French) and can express yourself well in the other language. English is a great asset!
• You have experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and know how to deploy expertise for best results.
• You are analytical, problem-solving and have strong communication skills.
