Claims Manager

Function

You will work closely with your colleagues and your insurance agent to handle claims and support customers with their questions about insurance. You have daily contact with the agency's clients who need your expertise and care, in both Dutch and French.

• As a claims management consultant, you will assist clients in handling their ongoing claims files.
• You work independently: you prepare files, collect the necessary information, keep clients informed of the progress of their file and liaise with KBC Insurance and the experts. Of course, you can always fall back on the help of your experienced colleagues.
• You will support customers with all their questions on existing insurance policies.

Profile

• You handle claims and follow up files from start to finish.
• You take initiative and work efficiently towards results.
• You manage your files carefully and keep all parties involved well informed.
• You have a strong interest in the insurance industry and are eager to learn. You work well together and put the team goal above the individual.
• You have strong communication skills. Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
