Claims Manager

As an Insurance Claims Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers in case of claims. You guide them through the entire process and ensure the correct and efficient handling of files.

Your duties include:

• Support and advise customers on claims, both by phone and in person.
• Managing and following up claims files from A to Z.
• Negotiate with insurers, experts and counterparties to reach the best solution.
• Correct and accurate processing of administrative documents.
• Keeping your knowledge up-to-date through training and self-study.

We are looking for a candidate who can tick off the following items:

• You have at least a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in claims management.
• You have several years of experience in the insurance sector.
• You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented.
• You are comfortable with digital tools and administrative processes.
• You work accurately, independently and have a sense of initiative.
