Function

As a desk clerk, you will be the first person to speak to customers when they stop by or contact you by phone.

An overview of your responsibilities:

• Welcoming and supporting customers in daily banking activities (such as payments, obtaining cards, opening accounts, and assistance with online banking).
• Provide basic information on savings and payment products.
• Guiding clients in using digital tools and online services.
• Recognise commercial opportunities and refer them to the appropriate colleague.
• Discussing insurance products with customers and advising them on them.
• Follow up customer files administratively.

Profile

We are looking for a driven person who is customer-oriented and dares to take initiative within a changing work environment.

• You already have some experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or finance sector.
• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• You are communicatively strong, a good listener and always work accurately.
• You feel comfortable in an environment where trust and discretion are paramount.
• You are able to work independently but are also a team player who actively collaborates with colleagues.
• You are also willing to take on responsibilities within the insurance sector.
