Our client is looking for a buyer who will perform the following tasks:

• Selecting and managing potential partners based on site-related criteria such as quality, safety, environment, BIM, schedule, price and payment terms;
• Requesting and analysing quotations;
• Function as project buyer for assigned projects;
• Continuously looking for opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on the requirements set;
• Monitoring the partnership and guiding the partner during the site phase;
• Working closely with the recruitment team and other partners.

As a buyer, you have the following qualifications:

• You have several years of relevant experience as a construction buyer;
• You have an analytical mindset and can translate conceptual insights into practical, hands-on approaches;
• You know how to build and maintain effective relationships;
• You have commercial talent and are strong in negotiations.
