Project Manager

Function

After a thorough induction period, as a project leader you will take responsibility for the follow-up, coordination and elaboration of our ordered projects:

- Organisation of drawing work and preparation of order lists.

- Sending out price requests and comparing incoming quotations.

- Lead projects from the initial phase to delivery in close consultation with the client.

- Provide effective communication, both internally and externally.

- Planning projects and participating in technical discussions in collaboration with various departments.

- Carefully monitor project progress and report any deviations.

- Delegate tasks to the project team and work effectively with relevant departmental managers.

- Control and monitor project parameters such as duration, budget, deployment of people and resources, and quality of the end result.

- Intervening in critical situations and ensuring the desired end result is achieved.

Profile

- At least a bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline, complemented by preferably some relevant experience.

- Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to think out-of-the-box.

- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to share ideas.

- Ownership, perseverance and eagerness to learn to progress.

- In possession of a valid VCA-VOL certificate or willing to obtain one.

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to be part of a dynamic team.

- Experience with 3D drawing software such as Solidworks or Tekla is appreciated.
