For our client, an innovative growing company, we are looking for a Project Manager Service who will bring complex machine construction projects to a successful conclusion and optimise the service process. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire process of mechanical engineering projects: from handover to delivery and aftercare. You will combine project management with operational management of the service department, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and quality. Your tasks include planning, coordinating, optimising and reporting within projects and service activities.

Your tasks:

• Coordinating mechanical engineering projects: from planning to after-care
• Drawing up and monitoring project plans, budgets and deadlines
• Managing service and engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, automation)
• Organising and following up testing, transport, installation, maintenance and invoicing
• Managing service contracts and maintenance plans
• Actively communicate with customers, handle complaints and escalations
• Optimising internal processes, KPIs and digital tools
• Reporting on performance and implementing improvements

Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics, mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Experience in project management and service in mechanical engineering or industrial automation
• Strong technical and organisational insight
• Proactive, customer-oriented, problem-solving and communicative
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
