Project manager Antwerp-Limburg
Function
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to successfully organise and coordinate total industrial projects within the Antwerp-Limburg region. In this role, you will be responsible for the approval, assembly, commissioning and delivery of projects at customer sites, with quality, quantity and safety always being key.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination, financial follow-up and delivery of industrial projects (ventilation and cooling) at customer sites. Value of projects can reach up to EUR 3 million.
- Lead meetings to monitor project progress, discuss project plans and overcome technical challenges.
- Managing both internal teams (mechanics/engineers) and external subcontractors.
- Regularly coordinate with engineering and planning colleagues for technical support and planning.
- Monitor project quality and workplace safety.
- Reporting to the Director Projects.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Higher education and relevant experience in project management within an industrial context.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to successfully manage complex projects.
- Experience in resource management and budget management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer focus and creative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to Melle, near Ghent, for at least one day every week.
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch. Knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
