Project Manager

As project manager, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Self actively prospecting for new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships;
• Based on a sketch or preliminary design, determine what the customer needs;
• Preparing detailed estimates for projects;
• Ordering materials and selecting suitable subcontractors;
• Managing employees;
• Supervising projects from start to completion.

The client is looking for a project manager with the following qualities:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry (experience with steel is a plus);
• Strong organisational skills, as you often manage multiple projects simultaneously in different phases;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative;
• Perfect command of the Dutch language;
• Excellent communication skills.
