PLC programmer

Function

As a PLC Programmer, you will work on programming, start-up and implementation of automation solutions for water treatment plants, mainly with Siemens TIA Portal. You will mainly work internally in the office during the first year, after which you will also support customers on site from the second year onwards.

Your tasks:

• Writing and implementing programmes with Siemens TIA Portal
• Support the start-up of new wastewater treatment plants
• Testing and resolving technical issues during the start-up phase
• Working out projects independently with a clear project mindset
• Working closely with the team (you will be the 3rd programmer in the team)

Profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
• You have a good foundation with Siemens Tia Portal
• Experience with industrial automation is a plus
• School leavers with strong motivation are also welcome
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work internally for the first year (first 3 weeks intensive start-up at the office)
