Medium-voltage project manager

Function

As a medium-voltage project leader, you take the lead in projects concerning connections of medium-voltage substations (e.g. battery park) and manage the sites.

Below is a sample of your duties:

• Project preparation and implementation of medium voltage ( 36 kV) projects.
• Recruitment monitoring and management of operational teams.
• Establish and monitor performing technician training programmes in pursuit of operational excellence.
• Calculations and commercial acumen in the preparation and completion of projects.
• Compliance with regulations, protocols and quality standards.
• Continuous consultation with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Profile

For the position of medium voltage project manager, you possess the following qualities:

• You have a master's degree in electromechanics or equivalent through relevant experience.
• At least 10 years' experience in the field.
• In-depth knowledge of medium voltage ( 36 kV).
• Accuracy, eagerness to learn and a real passion for engineering.
• Proactive project coordinator with a great sense of responsibility.
• Computer literate.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and basic French and English.
• Strong in dealing with changing priorities.
• True team player within a very independent role.
• You like to think about a long-term strategic approach.
• Structured and results-oriented, with an eye for improvement and innovation.
• Strong communication skills for various customer contacts.
