Logistics customer service officer

Function

As logistics customer service officer You are the first point of contact for customers via telephone, e-mail and chat. You speak to customers professionally, handle a variety of questions and ensure correct and customer-oriented follow-up of reports and files.

In this position, you will work in a dynamic environment where customer orientation and problem-solving are key. Not a standard call centre function, then: you will study files, analyse situations thoroughly and work closely with various internal departments to find the most efficient solution.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up customer queries through various communication channels;
  • Analyse more complex files and coordinate with internal departments;
  • Correctly record customer information, actions and follow-ups within the ERP system;
  • Follow up files from A to Z with an eye for quality and service;
  • Function as point of contact for the digital customer platform/app;
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by being solution-oriented and proactive.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a customer-oriented and communicatively strong professional who gets energy from following up files and providing quality service.

What do you bring?

  • You have a graduate or bachelor's degree, complemented by relevant experience within customer service or a similar position;
  • You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, both orally and in writing. You also know your way around in French;
  • You work accurately and are administratively strong;
  • You take ownership of your files and proactively seek the right information from internal colleagues;
  • You remain calm and professional in challenging situations and know how to handle customer conversations in a solution-oriented way;
  • You combine a customer-focused mindset with a hands-on and positive attitude.
